Ingredients

  • 1 kiwifruit, sliced into half moons
  • 1 banana, halved lengthways
  • 1/2 mandarin, peeled

Method

1. Peel all the fruit 

2. Assemble the fruit to look like a palm tree island with two halves of the banana as tree trunks, mandarin segments as the island base and kiwi fruit on top of banana as palm leaves
