  2. This competition commences 13/8/2013 and closes on Friday 27/9/2013.
  3. Entry is open only to residents of Australia.
  4. Only one entry per person.
  5. To enter, entrants must provide a valid email address and complete a survey emailed to them.
  6. The first valid entry randomly drawn on at the end of the promotion will win an Apple Ipod Nano valued at $169 RRP.
  7. The winner will be notified by email by Friday 04/10/2013, and the prize will be delivered by post.

Participating in a daily Crunch&Sip break is a great way to for children to drink water and eat an extra serve of vegetables or fruit to support good health and to help learning.

From 2017 Crunch&Sip will be entering a new phase in which students are encouraged to bring vegetables as the snack of choice for Crunch&Sip breaks. Although most primary school kids in WA are doing a great job of eating enough fruit, only 1 in 6 eats enough vegetables. Choosing vegetables for Crunch&Sip is a great way for kids to increase their overall vegetable intake and get one step closer to meeting the guidelines. Read more here.
